Green Smoothie

Preparation time: 15 minutos
Portions: 1 Litro
Ingredients:
  • 1 Liter of water
  • 1 or 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cucumber without skin
  • 250 ml Juice of a lemon
  • A bunch of spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of aloe vera crystals
  • 2 tablespoons of flavorless Psyllium (find it in health food stores)
  • A few leaves of fresh mint
Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients in a liter of water and drink it 1-2 times a day, preferably before breakfast or dinner.
