Green Smoothie
Preparation time: 15 minutos
Portions: 1 Litro
Ingredients:
- 1 Liter of water
- 1 or 2 stalks of celery
- 1 cucumber without skin
- 250 ml Juice of a lemon
- A bunch of spinach
- 3 tablespoons of aloe vera crystals
- 2 tablespoons of flavorless Psyllium (find it in health food stores)
- A few leaves of fresh mint
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients in a liter of water and drink it 1-2 times a day, preferably before breakfast or dinner.
